1. Birth Certificate (original + 1 photocopy)
Issued by Municipal Corporation
2. Aadhaar Card of the child
1 photocopy
3. Aadhaar Card of parents
1 photocopy each
4. Passport size photographs
4 of child, 2 of each parent
5. Previous school report card
If applicable (for transfers)
6. Transfer Certificate (TC)
Mandatory for transfers from another school
7. Medical / immunisation record
Vaccination card copy
8. Blood group certificate
1 photocopy
9. Caste certificate
If applicable, for state records
10. Residence proof
Electricity bill, ration card or rent agreement
